Had a wonderful time dining at Eden Hall. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was cozy and clean, perfect for a relaxed meal. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

The service is warm and attentive, and the peaceful rooftop setting adds that special touch you won’t find in many places around Ipoh. If you’re at Belakang Kong Heng Hotel (also known as Sekeping Kong Heng), stepping into Eden Hall is a breeze: Getting There 1. Exit the hotel lobby, you're right on Jalan Bandar Timah in Old Town, just steps from Concubine Lane. 2. Head left along the street for about 50 m until you reach the entrance of Eden Hall, located above the ground‑floor café. 3. Ring the bell if needed, then take the lift up to Level 3, it’s fast, clean, and overlooks the entire street below. Thean Chun Kopitiam, Concubine Lane, and street art are all within a few minutes walk.

Our current favourite café at the moment. Everything is top-notch—the food, the ambience, and the customer service. My go-to order is the Brulee Basque Cheesecake. I just wish it were bigger, because the small slice is never enough for me, haha!

Food was good and value for money. The only issue is that the dining area was hot even though there’s already air conditioning provided.

food tastes good, portion is big, price is reasonable, ambience is nice, beautiful sunset view. above all it's worth the hype. definitely coming back to try something else on the menu

Really a nice aesthetic place to relax . I came here when it was raining and trust me that was the best time you can come here & also in the nights. The food, drinks & desserts was delicious. The staff was friendly. Also have a top view of ipoh town from the restaurant. People who love photography can come and enjoy this place

Good food. Good atmosphere. A bit hard to find. It’s on the 4th floor. You gotta take the elevator. Once you get out, you gotta walk up the stairs. Then it’s a rooftop area. The food is more western, if you’re looking for a decent western food, then this is the place. Pretty quiet and good design. Enjoyed it!

Food is absolutely lovely. Will surely come to eat here again - but at night! Went here for a lunch with kids and it was so hot! But I can see this place at night with the lights on and it would look really lovely. The view of Ipoh city at night with the lights. One things I feel needs to be improved is the speed of service which takes too long. If this place had beena bit more crowded it would have taken people longer to wait for their food. But then music that they played was excellent and so vibing; so, I guess the long wait for food would have been balanced out by the vibe at night and the delayed gratification of delicious foods. One aspect that I like is that the shop is at the rooftop and there is no way of knowing that it exists but a locked door at the ground level in small smelley lane with a bell button that you press to gain entrance. And then a lift takes you to the 4th floor where then you need to climb up the stairs to go to the roof!
